Working Together

(Almost) everything is more fun together. That is why we work together at the office, sometimes remotely, but also at the customers' premises. To keep the connection, we prefer to come to the office at least once a week to have lunch together and to have a relaxed drink.

We have several Seniors walking around who are Mendix Expert certified,real 'heavy hitters' so to say! Next to development and architecture work, they also fulfill a crucial role in the coaching and guidance of Medior and Junior developers.

Office hours? Between 08:00 and 20:00.

Growing Together

We like to invest in your development and that is why you get 23 study days per year. You decide how you use these days, for example by going to a seminar or giving a lecture, taking a course or setting up your own research project and writing a blog or book/publication. To be able to leverage on these days, you will have a study budget of €2,000 per year at your disposal.

In addition, we hold monthly meet-ups where your colleagues but also industry peers are invited to exchange ideas. It is important that you are involved, eager to learn and that you have passion for your profession.

The party of the year is when we experience Mx-World together with the Blue Green team! We use these 2 (company) days to get to know all the ins and outsof the market as a team. Besides that, it's also great fun to experience this event  together and to get to know your colleagues in a different setting. 

Holidays

Do you work full-time? Then you are entitled to 30 holidays per year. In addition, there are no fixed or mandatory holidays, so you choose which (religious)holidays are important for you. 

Sabbatical

Once every 4 years, you are entitled to a maximum of 4 months unpaid leave. That way, you can still make that trip around the world or extend your honeymoon. 

These are your (main)responsibilities

◻ Create and follow up on leads. Seems obvious doesn’t it?

◻ Building and managing (i.e. full responsibility) your own (potential) customer portfolio.

◻ Driving Blue Green's sales and marketing machine through your commercial ability!

◻ Conduct conversations and meetings with potential customers to discuss their case, devise and offer the perfect solution in it with the aim of growing their organisation.

◻ Bringing in new business & closing new deals.

◻ Performing up- & cross sells with existing customers and preparing quotes.

◻ Thinking along to come up with (lead generation) campaigns that generate more leads.

◻ Thinking along and working on improvement projects throughout the organisation to make Blue Green grow.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
