We are thrilled to announce that Mitchel Mol has been officially recognized as a Mendix Most Valuable Professional (MVP)!  Together with Leon de Kuiper, we now have 2 MVP’s at Blue Green Solutions. Mitchel Mol has been an active member of the Mendix Community for years now. His expertise in application testing and Java solutions for Mendix has been of a great value for the community. As a Product Mendix MVP, Mitchel will continue to share his vast knowledge, helping to build an even better Mendix platform.

From High-Coder to Low-Coder

Mitchel's journey from high-coder to low-coder is both inspiring and enlightening. He began his career immersed in traditional coding languages like Java and ColdFusion. His introduction to Mendix was serendipitous, and initially met with skepticism. However, as Mendix evolved, so did Mitchel's perspective. He recognized the potential of low-code to deliver rapid, efficient solutions. This shift not only accelerated his development process but also allowed him to bridge the gap between coders and project managers, fostering a more integrated and collaborative approach to software development. His journey highlights the value of embracing new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Mendix Product MVP

As a Product MVP, Mitchel will continue to contribute to the Mendix community by helping fellow Mendix developers on the Mendix forum and community slack, posting tips and tricks on his Linkedin, hosting Mendix Meetups and sharing his expertise on unit testing and more in his monthly Mendix Ignite Newsletter.

Besides that, he’s eager to be more involved in the Mendix R&D process, giving a voice to the community requests and validate the solutions provided by Mendix. As a skilled developer, he will continue to upload handy tools to the Mendix Marketplace as well.
